Fitness: Two and a Half Months' Progress

I am down at 104 pounds / 47.7 kilograms from 110 pounds since May. Two and a half Monty's progress and I am so happy I lost that six pounds. I'm aiming for a flat hundred so I'm continuing my diet but my workouts are sadly limited because of school :( I only get to Zumba once a week, Muay Thai once a week and twice a week's 30-minute jogging + another 30-minute ab workout after jogging.

I honestly miss working out everyday chat post workout feeling is just great and my eating habits are slowly deteriorating. I'm suddenly experiencing binge eating and the food that I eat during that time are so unhealthy like junk food and processed ones. I'm trying so hard to control myself as so to remain fit and healthy not just become thin but healthy.

Go me!!!!

Get Healthy!

Eat more fruits over junk!!
When you work out and exercise, it's not just the work that makes you fit but it's more on what you put inside your body. It is what you eat. Eating a little bit of junk isn't that bad but it's better to keep away from those and opt for the healthier ones like fruits, vegetables, nuts or grains.

Eating better and healthier would instantly make you feel lighter, healthier and much more better! Tried and tested it. When I switched to eating fruits and nuts for snacks instead of chips, chocolates and other unhealthy stuff, I began to form more muscles and feel really healthier. It's as if my heart pumped more blood and that I won't get infected with any illness easily! My metabolism is also faster and my skin was also better!! Smoother and shinier were my skin and hair!

Healthier anything leads to a better you. A healthier you which you can turn into a lifestyle that would prevent you from having illnesses in the future. Start now while it's still early and make it your life style!

Missed three days of Zumba due to my three days vacation in Tagaytay which was extremely relaxing. It was like I was on zen mode the whole trip. What a peaceful place we stayed in. Such a recommendable one. Very spacious, clean and just peaceful.

Okay so I am not losing any more pound but I am definitely burning fats!!! Which is great and my muscles have already isolated except for my abdominal muscles which isolates very slowly. So sad :( But I'm doing my best to build them up for abs!! But my legs are definitely toned. My gastrocnemius muscles have rose up closer to the back of my knees which is firm and my thighs have shrunk a little bit. I am aiming for thigh gaps and abs!! Hope I succeed by the end of May!

E) Muesli or whole grain for breakfast plus chocolate covered blueberries
F) Cold coffee everyday
G) Cheated for one day during my birthday :(

I notice that I lose weight very slow but the thing is instead of fats, they are evaporating (what a word to use I know haha!) and turning in to muscles! And muscles are actually heavier than fats to that's a great thing. I do not really aim for a light weight but I just want my body toned and seem firm! So all the exercises I'm doing is actually toning and losing weight just follows.

I do my work out every morning and if I'm home or in my village during sunset I go for a jog then (I usually go jogging when the sun is down or just about to rise so that don't get dark hehe. I love my light complexion :) ) And I don't really go to the gym anymore because I've tried it and damn. There was never any good results and I get so bored whenever I go there. That place. Ugh. Never again!

For you to get motivated do something that suits your liking! Something you'll enjoy and before you say no to whatever idea you have, try it first! There are tons of exercise you can do such as Zumba, dancing, boxing, martial arts, swimming, Plana Forma, aero dance, basketball and so much more! Just DONT quit. Keep on pushing yourself and you'll definitely reach your goal. I just takes real hard work and persistence to achieve your goal. NEVER get lazy or else boom. You'll never be able to achieve what you want to.

** at least six hours of sleep daily

Finish: Toned legs, toned biceps and front arms, firm stomach showing slight abdominal muscle differentials

Fitness: No To Missing Breakfast

Never skip breakfast again! Studies show that breakfast is the most important meal of the day because you break the fasting you do when you sleep at night. A small breakfast meal makes a big difference with how your body and brain would work for the day. Your system needs enough nutrients to keep you going and how you start your day affects how it would go the whole day. So if you wanna have that great free spirited day, go ahead and have your breakfast. Remember to eat a healthy meal wether it's for breakfast, lunch, snacks or dinner. A healthy choice of food will show on how your body is.
