Fitness: Two and a Half Months' Progress

I am down at 104 pounds / 47.7 kilograms from 110 pounds since May. Two and a half Monty's progress and I am so happy I lost that six pounds. I'm aiming for a flat hundred so I'm continuing my diet but my workouts are sadly limited because of school :( I only get to Zumba once a week, Muay Thai once a week and twice a week's 30-minute jogging + another 30-minute ab workout after jogging.

I honestly miss working out everyday chat post workout feeling is just great and my eating habits are slowly deteriorating. I'm suddenly experiencing binge eating and the food that I eat during that time are so unhealthy like junk food and processed ones. I'm trying so hard to control myself as so to remain fit and healthy not just become thin but healthy.

Go me!!!!

Yoga Sunrise

I've been doing yoga for quite a while and I have tried a couple of yoga centers already and I must commend Bikram's to be the most dedicated and somewhat the best for me.

I recently came up with these photos I saw over Tumblr and I just had to share them! I must also say that Bikram Yoga is a just try and you guys should definitely try them out. Here are some of their poses done in an hour to an hour and a half. Enjoy!

Fitness: Work Out Apps

No time to hit the gym or enroll yourself for work out or sport? Well thanks to the creators of applications that has created apps perfect for working out just at home! You've got yoga, Pilates, Zumba and pure work out! My top picks:

1. Nike Fitness
For your intense work out. They offer different sorts of work out for all parts of your body including cardio and a lot more. The best application I have encountered so far for work outs. It really gives out great results especially for your abs that is IF and only if you follow the work out and execute it properly.

A must download for your phone, iTouch or iPad! A sure work out session for losing weight and toning all those body parts that you want to tone up!

2. YouTube
With all the sports I have tried and different work outs, Zumba is the best work out that will definitely make you lose weight and do great for your cardio. YouTube offers tons of videos for different sets of Zumba workouts. You just have to choose the videos, let them load, get ready and press play and just have fun dancing!

3. Daily Yoga
Stretching is the most important thing to do before AND after any work out and Yoga makes you stretch your whole body carefully. It also allows you to be able to control yourself, maintain balance and breathe properly and continuously of course. It's a great work out that makes you sweat a lot even if you do not expect it to and makes you a whole lot flexible especially f you do it at least thrice a day.

4. Pilates
Pilates is somewhat similar to Yoga but a little more difficult. It needs a little more muscle power and your flexibility at the same time. A very muscle toning activity that you might just enjoy.

You just have to try all the available work out and find the on you enjoy and suits you so that you would never be lazy to work out. And don't forget to play in your favorite tune to keep you motivated as well! Make it a habit! Start by saying yes and just pushing yourself to be able to reach your goal and to be fit!
