Fitness: Week One

Current weight: 110 pounds
Target weight: 95-98 pounds

Week one = April 3rd - April 9th

Activities:
A) Zumba seven times a week
B) Jogging once a week

Diet status:
A) No missed meals
B) Less sweets
C) More water
D) Extra dose of vitamins
E) More protein less carbohydrates
F) More whole grain carbohydrates

** at least six hours of sleep daily


Weight lost: ????? Not really sure

Finish: Slimmer legs & smaller stomach
