Fitness: Week Four

Original weight: 110 pounds
Current weight: 109 pounds / 49.6 kilograms
Target weight: 95-98 pounds
Week's weight lost: 0. Zero. Nada

Total weight lost: 1 pound

Week two = April 24 - April 30

Activities:
A) Zumba four times a week
B) Yoga twice a week
C) Swimming once a week
D) Weights (3 reps for biceps and triceps)


Diet status:
A) No missed meals
B) Small frequent meals. Healthy snacks snacks snacks snacks!
C) Water water water water!
D) Extra dose of vitamins
E) More protein less rice more vegetables and fruits
F) Coffee everyday
G) Cheat days :|

Missed three days of Zumba due to my three days vacation in Tagaytay which was extremely relaxing. It was like I was on zen mode the whole trip. What a peaceful place we stayed in. Such a recommendable one. Very spacious, clean and just peaceful.

Okay so I am not losing any more pound but I am definitely burning fats!!! Which is great and my muscles have already isolated except for my abdominal muscles which isolates very slowly. So sad :( But I'm doing my best to build them up for abs!! But my legs are definitely toned. My gastrocnemius muscles have rose up closer to the back of my knees which is firm and my thighs have shrunk a little bit. I am aiming for thigh gaps and abs!! Hope I succeed by the end of May!
